1. Please introduce yourself
Hello everyone, I am Yunai, ORDI millionaire, X platform blogger, ALLINCLUB researcher, DePIN track builder.
I used to work at OK Link, where I was responsible for the establishment of the audit business line. After that, I joined Hashkey to help traditional brokerages with cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal solutions and RWA planning. In 2023, I ran the incubator business, held 30 offline events and more than 100 online AMAs, and helped more than a dozen projects with investment and financing, exchange docking, and data growth. I hope to support more AI and DePIN projects through my incubator and help these projects accelerate their growth.
2. What was the opportunity that led you to enter the circle?
Before entering the circle, I was still an undergraduate student. At that time, I formed a filming team, mainly focusing on the creation of micro-films and documentaries.
I also learned about the BTC white paper when I was an undergraduate. I read the BTC white paper five times at that time. I believe that BTC is a tool that can improve market efficiency and make the macro market more fair and just. If I can see BTC defeat USD, I think my life will be meaningful. Later, when I went to France to study for a master's degree, I came into contact with NFT. I bought some small pictures out of interest, and from then on I really entered the industry.
After graduating from graduate school, I went to OK Link, where I was responsible for building the audit business line from scratch and helping with product development and commercialization. Later, as the company commercialized its wallet business, I began to be responsible for global data growth. After that, I joined Hashkey, where I was mainly responsible for the planning of institutional products, such as helping traditional brokerages and banking institutions design deposit and withdrawal plans for cryptocurrencies, as well as some RWA planning and customization of decentralized custody services. These two work experiences also laid a solid foundation for my future career.

3. What are you working on?
I am running an incubator. Initially it was a DAO, but later it gradually expanded into an incubator with higher commercial value, mainly helping Web3 projects achieve global data growth and localization.
We have been operating this incubator for about two years. We have held about 30 offline events and more than 100 online AMA events. In these events, we helped more than a dozen projects with investment and financing, exchange docking, and data growth.
During this period, we will focus on DePIN, AI, MEME and a small number of Gamefi projects. Our main goal is to support and accelerate the incubation of these track projects by focusing on the track.
We just completed the Demo Day event at Harvard not long ago, and achieved remarkable results. About 100 projects participated, and we helped these projects quickly connect with resources. After screening, we will also incubate some projects more deeply. We hope that through our incubator, more high-quality projects can be developed and more investment targets can be provided for Web3 people.

4.What are your most memorable experiences in Web3?
I think the whole process from reading the BTC white paper to hoarding BTC is my most unforgettable experience. When I was in school, I was exposed to an idealistic and feasible technology like BTC, which made my study process extremely meaningful.
BTC gave me great confidence, and I have never sold any BTC in my hands. This confidence comes from my idealistic original intention and my deep understanding and trust in BTC technology. It is precisely because of my firm belief in BTC that I was able to gain one or two hundred in the ORDI explosion.
Another unforgettable experience is that I invested in two projects before. They were quickly launched and then withdrawn in a short period of time, resulting in heavy losses. Because of this experience, I even changed my name. I used to be called Yuna and later changed it to Yunai, hoping that this name would no longer leak money easily.
Core content: BTC has changed the trajectory of my life. It makes my study meaningful and gives me confidence and idealism. I have never sold my BTC because I have a deep understanding and trust in its technology. I have also gained good returns in the wave of ORDI's appreciation. In addition, my previous investment experience has cost me a heavy price, and I even changed my name for this, hoping to change my fate.

5. What skills or areas are you good at?
I am best at user growth. As a product manager, my most important task is to identify user needs and implement solutions. I have been strictly implementing this sentence in my work. I try my best to achieve the state of unity of knowledge and action.
If I want to be specific, I think the key to user growth is to find a positive feedback mechanism starting from the first fan. Only a continuous positive feedback mechanism can provide the motivation to continue. If a blogger's positioning is happiness, money-making and meaningful, I think this IP or project will definitely be able to get results step by step.
On my current account X, people often approach me to take on advertising or serve as an ambassador, but I strictly examine and carefully choose each time, because consuming fans is not my original intention for this account. My original intention is to deliver more valuable and positive content. I dare not say that my sharing will make everyone rich overnight, but as long as it can help one person avoid a pit, I will think that the content I share is meaningful.

I am strict and cautious when accepting advertisements and serving as an ambassador, because my original intention is to deliver valuable and positive content, rather than consuming the trust of fans. My goal is to help others avoid traps and make sharing meaningful.
6. Do you have any strategy for secondary trading?
My trading strategy is to focus on BTC, ETH and SOL for large positions, and I will choose to invest in altcoins for small positions. In the previous inscription craze, I got on board ORDI relatively early and got a big result.
The current market situation is not too hot, so my configuration mode is mainly based on U-standard. We keep most of the funds in U-standard short-term operations. When the altcoin earns about 15% to 20% a day, it will be cashed out and converted into BTC in time. This is my main strategy.
I think the bull market will not come so quickly. It depends on whether there will be a rate cut at the end of the year and the results of the US election. We may see the initial performance of the bull market around this time next year, but it is too early to tell at present. So at this time, I think the best strategy for secondary trading is to protect your capital and not to be reckless, so as not to die in the darkness before dawn.
Core content: I mainly invest most of my funds in BTC, ETH and SOL, and a small part in altcoins, such as ORDI. The market is not very active at present, I mainly use U as the standard and keep my funds in short-term operations. When the daily increase of altcoins reaches 15% to 20%, I will cash out and convert it into BTC in time. I don’t think the bull market will come soon. It depends on whether there will be a rate cut at the end of the year and the results of the US election. It may take until this time next year to see the initial performance of the bull market. In the current period, it is the best strategy to keep the principal and not to take risks, so as to avoid falling in the dark.

7.Which track or project do you think is promising?
I think the cryptocurrency market has entered a de-bubble stage. In the future, the combination of AI and Web3 will be an important development direction, and the first to stand out in this direction is AI+DePIN.
During this period, I participated in some DePIN projects, such as Star Power, and wrote some related articles on the X platform, which received some forwarding and attention. First of all, I don’t think DePIN is a brand new concept. Whether it is Helium or ICP, these hardware-based mining models have already existed. The special thing about DePIN is that it academicizes these models and makes them known to more people through reports. The advantage of this model is that it can expand users outside the circle and increase the possibility of breaking the circle.
Traditional projects usually cold-start through Twitter to attract VC investment, but DePIN's hardware model, if successfully promoted, can work well even without issuing tokens. The value of this model is that it allows ordinary people to get token rewards by using everyday hardware, forming a more down-to-earth and more acceptable Web3 model.
I like low-cost hardware projects that do not require large-scale data centers or storage devices, but simple devices that everyone can use in daily life. Through these hardware, users can get token rewards in daily consumption. For users, this is not only an improvement in the user experience, but also makes it easier to accept this new concept.
In general, the DePIN model can form a sustainable closed-loop business model on both the consumer and production sides, allowing users to obtain real benefits in their daily lives and promote the development of the entire encryption market.

8. What do you think of this cycle?
I think the driving force of each bull market is unique and unrepeatable. From the current cycle, I think the driving force is shifting from technology-driven to community consensus-driven. In this transition process, there has been a lot of hype and leeks cutting, but I don't think this is a bad thing.
I think the current logic of monetization and everyone's focus have changed. People are more concerned about the community atmosphere, opportunities for equal discussion, and pure love for something. This is a more emotional explosion logic.
From the perspective of community consensus, this round of bull market may be triggered by the approval of BTC and ETH ETFs. I have been paying attention to when ETH will pass the ETF application. The combination of these two factors may provide hints on the timing and track.
During this cycle, I will also pay special attention to the meme track, especially KOLs with strong order-calling capabilities. The meme projects they create are also worthy of attention.

9. Is there anything you would like to share proactively?
When I first created this X account, I didn’t take it seriously. I always used it as a place to post some random content on my friend circle. When I was chatting with my uncle at home during the Spring Festival this year, I was reminded of the original intention of creating this X account.
So this year I started to operate this X account seriously. It took me two to three months to reach 10,000 followers. Although this number is not large in the circle, my account interaction rate and output content are real. I hope that more people who have confidence in Web3 can stand up and output their own high-quality content. I appreciate KOLs who continue to share valuable content. I hope to see people with good character, positive values, and humbleness be able to be an IP for a long time. Together, we can accumulate greater positive energy for Web3 and attract more incremental users.
