Hello everyone, I am CC, the owner of WEB3Space, the founder of SHEHUB Women's Dao, and an entrepreneur who has experienced 16 years of business management experience.
I came across BTC by chance in 2017, and then I started to own my first BTC mining machine in 2019. Since then, I have been deeply involved in mining and carrying out Web3 activities. The WEB3Space brand was established in November 2023. So far, WEB3Space has held more than 300 industry-wide exchanges. We also hope to contribute to the development of Web3 through WEB3Space.
WEB3Space is the first to combine Web3 and super space to provide one-stop support for entrepreneurs and platforms. We want to create an open visual Web3 social space, regularly hold keynote speeches/event receptions/web3 courses and other activities. 2. What was the opportunity that led you to enter the circle?
At the end of 2019, due to the mask issue, my traditional industries faced large-scale losses. It was also at this time that I chose to delve into the Web3 circle. When I first switched to Web3, I bought a lot of ICO coins, most of which were losing money. This made me doubt that as a person from a traditional industry, I could not accept the way Web3 was played.
Later, I had a chance to learn about mining, and after my own study and research, I decided to start with BTC, the industry leader. Then, I began the "long" journey of becoming a miner.
In fact, the most important reason why I entered Web3 is that I realized that traditional industries are undergoing iterations. This iteration is not caused by a specific event, but occurs in the transition of the times. Moreover, the transition of the times is not transferred by personal will. The economic changes derived from the third-generation Internet and the application of AI artificial intelligence have caused the business philosophy, business thinking and business development of almost all traditional industries to be re-iterated.
Therefore, I want to lead the company to transform into the field of Web3. I want to enter Web3 to build and find a new, long-term and valuable development path for the company. And seek better development for my partners and more people who follow me.
Core content: In 2019, I faced losses in traditional industries. I tried ICO investment but failed, and I became skeptical about Web3. Later, through learning, I chose to start with BTC mining. While I was transforming, I also got results. I realized that traditional industries are undergoing iterations, and decided to lead the company to transform to Web3, looking for a new and valuable development path for my family and more people.
3. What are you working on?
What I am working on is WEB3Space and SHEHUB Women's DAO. My initial idea was very simple. We just wanted to build a communication platform in the Web3 field. Then through continuous polishing, we have today's first offline store of WEB3Space.
We have a lot of visual Web3 product collaborations, and will also launch NFT galleries and trendy toy peripheral displays in the future. We will also synchronize with Web2 platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Dazhong, and Meituan to create incremental Web3 users. Since the store opened in November last year, it has held more than 300 industry-wide exchange activities. We also have an online column, which is dedicated to popularizing industry information at 20:30 every Sunday night.
Our team also hopes to bring more incremental users to the Web3 industry through WEB3Space and SHEHUB, and help more newcomers to join Web3 from scratch, so that they can gain basic cognition and knowledge in the Web3 field and choose the fields they are good at.
Core content: I am working on WEB3Space and SHEHUB Women's DAO. I want to build a communication platform in the Web3 field to let people know that Web3 has a lot of positive content. In November last year, the WEB3Space offline store was opened. The store has held 300 industry exchange activities. And launched the WEB3Space popular science column online to bring more users to the Web3 industry and help newcomers join this field.
4.What are your most memorable experiences in Web3?
When I first entered the circle, I lacked awareness of the risks of tokens. In my concept, I never thought that tokens would disappear, so I paid a lot of tuition in Web3 for this.
When I was about 23 years old, I was optimistic about a token, and then I called many of my family and friends around me, and we took 1.5 million to buy this token. The next day, I found that the website of the token could not be opened, and the 1.5 million yuan I invested disappeared directly. It didn't even have a decline process like other tokens, but it evaporated directly, disappearing as if it had never appeared.
This experience made me pause my investment in Web3, and then I started to learn all kinds of Web3 knowledge, as well as many new terms, new tracks, new technologies and new logic. So I chose the right track, which made me get twice the result with half the effort. At present, the offline business site of our company's traditional industries covers an area of more than 6,000 square meters, with more than 100 employees, and is also booming in the post-epidemic era.
From being deeply deceived to improving my knowledge and getting results, this process made me more determined to choose Web3. Until now, I am still determined to keep learning and preaching Web3. I want to bring more people to Web3, I hope to help them avoid repeating the same mistakes and let more people truly understand the charm of Web3.
Core content: I had a lot of savings in the traditional industry, but when I entered Web3, I lacked risk awareness and invested a lot of money to buy tokens but suffered huge losses. This experience made me stop investing, start learning about Web3, and enter the mining field to achieve success. It also supported the development of my traditional industry. I firmly believe in the potential of Web3 and am committed to educating and guiding more people to enter this field to prevent them from repeating the same mistakes.
5. Can you tell us about SheHub Women’s DAO?
SHEHUB Women Dao is a Dao organization for female Web3 practitioners. When I first entered the circle as a woman, there were very few women in the Web3 field, especially in the mining construction technology sector where I am now good at, there were almost no women, so when I encountered many problems, there was no one to talk to and communicate with.
Now that I have industry resources and organizational capabilities, I met sister Mia (@Mia米粒儿) who had the same idea as me, so we hit it off and launched the Dao organization for Web3 women practitioners.
SHEHUB Women Dao is a purely public welfare organization. It does not make any profit and does not have any commercial attributes. All female practitioners can communicate, share and learn in SHEHUB.
In Web3, the learning intensity and business analysis and identification ability of female practitioners are not so clear. Therefore, whenever a new track or topic appears in Web3, many sisters have limited learning ability and will discuss it in SHEHUB Women's Dao, asking the meaning of certain concepts, and sisters who understand will share relevant knowledge.
SHEHUB Women's Dao does not have any incentive mechanism or profit, but we still attract many outstanding female practitioners who are willing to provide more learning and cognitive opportunities for new female practitioners. Each of our members is a CO-Foundr, and they contribute their own strength to the organization voluntarily.
Core content: Mia and I founded SHEHUB Women Dao, which aims to provide a platform for communication, sharing and learning for female practitioners in the Web3 field. Although we are not profitable, we have attracted many excellent members. Each of our members is a CO-Foundr and voluntarily contributes to the organization.
6. What qualities do you think women who are successful in Web3 have?
I believe that the reason why a person succeeds in doing something is because he or she has done the right thing and has the conditions for success. Whether a person is a woman or a man, the reason why a person succeeds must be because her cognition and learning ability have reached the level of success; and she must not forget her original intention and insist on doing what she thinks is right with the spirit of a craftsman, then she will definitely be able to shine in this field.
In traditional industries, the current environment may not be able to be changed by hard work. But in Web3, an ordinary person can achieve wealth in life because of her own expertise, hard work, courage to break through, and courage to learn. As long as everyone sticks to the track they choose in Web3 and works hard to learn and build, I believe they will have good gains. But at the same time, we must also learn to look up and see the road and constantly improve our learning ability and cognition to avoid making wrong choices, because if we make the wrong choice, our efforts will be in vain.
There are many sisters in SHEHUB Women's Dao who have been working hard on the track they have chosen. Some have gone from being a host to starting their own company; some are the first generation of female KOLs who have been producing high-quality content since 2008; some have established their own Web3 communities, etc. In SHEHUB Women's Dao, there are many Web3 stories of people who have worked hard and got results.
A few days ago, when I was chatting with a sister, I recalled the bitter history of Web3 development. But we are really grateful for this era that gives us such an opportunity, an opportunity for us to achieve self-iteration and self-breakthrough. So what we have to do is to choose our own track, look forward, and then unswervingly, work hard to build and stick to our own track. I believe that Web3 will not let us down. Just like the price of Bitcoin, it will not let us down.

In Web3, a person can achieve success and reap rich wealth with professionalism, hard work, and the spirit of courage to learn and break through. There are many sisters in SHEHUB Women's Dao who have achieved success by deeply cultivating the track they chose. We must cherish the opportunities given by this era, choose our own track, and work hard unswervingly. I believe that Web3 will not let us down.
7.Which track or project do you think is promising?
I have a wide range of investments in the Web3 field, including AI, Socialfi, Gamefi, large language models of artificial intelligence, and projects such as physical fashion brands derived from NFC technology or NFT.
But the two tracks I am optimistic about are AI and Socialfi. First of all, I think the development of the times is inseparable from AI, so we have done a lot of training and drills based on AI. We have commercialized the application technology of digital humans and virtual identities in areas such as unmanned live broadcasting.
We are also researching products such as large language models, such as glasses, watches, mobile phones and even mice that can assist in work. These products can replace humans to complete many tasks. You can experience these products in our domestic Web3 offline experience stores.
Secondly, I think Socialfi will play a vital role in future development. Because humans are social animals, Socialfi is the basis for human production. Whether it is the development of the food and entertainment industry or the construction of the ecosystem, Socialfi is indispensable. Therefore, Socialfi will definitely have a share in the future large-scale application explosion.
In the field of Socialfi, we have laid out many products. But the one I am most optimistic about and pay the most attention to is a product called Era. It allows a Web2 industry novice to easily understand different links and different information in the entire encryption industry through an app, and the operation is also very smooth and convenient.
Era can not only solve the problem of incremental users in Web3, but also the problem of user stickiness. Because Era can classify users, establish large groups, and use its encrypted privacy principle to greatly protect user data privacy. It also has a token identity authentication function, which means that only users holding specific tokens or NFTs can enter the group. Many large institutions and NFT holders are using Era for management and screening, as well as to provide privileges to users holding specific NFTs.
As an NFT enthusiast, I have also experienced many NFT benefits through Era. Although Era has not yet launched a token, it has become a practical product. Compared with other social platforms, it does not focus on the incentive layer or tokens first, but first provides an actual product experience. Era's users are real and have unique identities, which makes many projects willing to airdrop on it, because this ensures the project's demand for real users and also has a mechanism to prevent malicious behavior. Although Era has not yet launched an incentive layer, it has more than 500,000 PDU-certified users, which makes me confident in its future development.
Core content: I am involved in multiple projects in the Web3 field, and I am mainly optimistic about the two tracks of AI and Socialfi. In terms of AI, we are committed to applying AI to life and developing products such as glasses and watches. In terms of Socialfi, we are optimistic about the Era application, which solves the problems of Web3 user increment and stickiness, realizes global network interoperability, and provides full-chain token delivery functions, user classification and NFT identity authentication functions. Although Era has not yet launched an incentive layer, it has more than 500,000 PDU-certified users, which makes me confident in its future development.
8. Is there anything you would like to share?
Because there are many stories of people getting rich overnight in Web3, many people have become impatient. Most people have a huge gap between their dreams and reality due to their lack of knowledge or because they cannot learn Web3 knowledge down to earth, thus starting to discriminate against and misunderstand Web3.
Therefore, everything I do now is to nurture more positive forces in this impetuous environment. So I often call on Web3 practitioners to continue learning, improve their cognitive level, and not indulge in superficial impetuous emotions.
When most people in Web3 can self-iterate, Web3 will slowly change. At the summits in Hong Kong or Dubai, I have been able to feel that many good projects and good tracks are actively promoting the implementation of Web3 applications. The virtual atmosphere of the past is gradually being eliminated, which is a good thing for Web3 people.
In short, I hope to attract more outstanding practitioners to contribute to the development and empowerment of Web3, so that we can work together to promote the development of the entire Web3.
Core content: In Web3, many people are overwhelmed by the myth of wealth creation, which leads to impetuous mentality and misunderstanding of Web3. I am committed to advocating continuous learning and improving cognitive level, hoping to cultivate more positive forces in an impetuous environment. When more people self-iterate, Web3 will also usher in changes. I believe that good projects and good tracks are driving the development of Web3, and the virtual impetuous atmosphere is gradually being eliminated.
