BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager, has made changes to its spot Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) application, making it easier for Wall Street banks to participate. The new regulations allow major banks such as JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs and Citigroup to create shares of the fund using cash. This allows banks to bypass restrictions requiring them to hold Bitcoin or cryptocurrency directly.
