5. No Criminal Record: CB members must not have been sentenced for any criminal offenses. This requirement emphasizes the importance of maintaining a clean record and demonstrates the committed approach towards selecting leaders with good moral standing.
6. Good Reputation: It is essential that the IMAs you vote for have a good reputation within the ONE ECOSYSTEM and the broader community. This requirement ensures that the elected CB members are trusted and respected individuals who have demonstrated ethical conduct and have made positive contributions to the ecosystem.
7. Exclusive Dedication to ONE ECOSYSTEM: CB members must not be involved in other Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) projects, as we believe that their sole focus should be on the success and growth of our unique ecosystem.
8. Voting Rights: Only Independent Marketing Associates (IMAs) from a specific country will be eligible to vote for the Country Board members of that country. This approach allows IMAs to select leaders who truly understand the local context and can advocate for their specific needs.
9. Board Size and Composition: Each Country Board will consist of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 7 individuals. This ensures a balanced representation of views and expertise within each country.
10. Company’s Selection Criteria: From the top 10 elected Leaders for each country, the company reserves the right to choose the final Country Board members. This selection process takes into consideration factors such as diversity, relevant experience, and alignment with ONE ECOSYSTEM’s values, enabling us to create effective and well-balanced leadership teams.
