This is a pinned article, updated at any time with my latest core thoughts on making money in the currency circle.
1. Asset appreciation depends on compound interest, and its growth is formed by transactions. As many people say, if you want your assets to increase 10,000 times, you have to break it down into two hundred times, four ten times, and so on.
2. Use contracts correctly. Contracts are about long and short positions (including hedging), helping you judge the strength of the market and earn funding rates. It is not leverage. Leverage is not what contracts really want to bring to everyone, nor is it the original intention of contracts.
3. Reject leverage, including platform leverage, and over-the-counter lending that will generate interest.
4. Light positions!!! Everyone has a different trading style. Some are good at high frequency, some are good at rolling positions, and some are doing value investing. Some people also go mining and staking. There is no absolutely right way, only the way you are good at.
The so-called light position is an attitude towards life. No matter in life, business, or investment, we should improve our tolerance for mistakes and reduce risks.
Next, let me talk about the strategy I plan to adopt.
1. Divide your funds into several parts, I imagine it is two hundred parts.
2. Divide your 200 bullets into batches and shoot them out according to your own understanding. You can shoot them at any currency and decide how much profit you want.
3. When one of your bullets has completed its mission on a currency, for example, it has doubled, then the bullet becomes twice as large. This means that the total amount of your funds has changed, but the number of shares you get remains unchanged.
4. Repeat the above operations until one of the bullets reaches the state you want through continuous compound interest.
