开始连续两波亏损了，这是真正正式进入交易状态后第一次连续亏损，也是资金回撤的最厉害的一次。 莫名的膨胀，不遵守信号入场，生活上的不自律……各种问题， 需要自我反省反省了，调整一下状态了。 给自己立个flag，目前资金35000u，在资金到44000u之前（44000是我资金翻倍的点)，不跟别人讨论交易的问题，也不在广场吹水了。

兴奋起来！真正做交易的，看到这种波动会兴奋起来…… 有波动才有机会，至于爆仓的哀嚎遍野的，都是做不好风险控制和仓位管理的。 这波我几乎没回撤，5.6个点吧。但是没抓住做空的机会比较可惜，虽然早前几天早就做了空单，但是没拿住也是白搭。水平还是不够，先入为主的思维加一些场外因素导致错过这一波，继续加油吧！ 另外说说关于抄底，个人建议合约不要抄底，合约抄底容易接飞刀，没必要。现货的话，分批抄比较稳妥，我目前是只抄了20%的仓位，主要是以太。我现货不考虑山寨的。 #抄底 #交易心态 #合约爆仓 $BTC $ETH
