elixir dashboard update on May 10th

1.The Elixir team launched a new version of the dashboard. You should now be able to see your accumulated rewards.

2. Rewards are calculated once a week, at approximately 00:00 UTC Sunday.

3. Receiving rewards has not been started yet.
