June 8th SHM update

Sphinx 1.4 is now live!

Sphinx validator client has been updated.

Node operators, install new validators as soon as possible!

Before installing, reset your MetaMask wallet by going to Settings > Advanced > Clear Active Tab Data

Launch a node and stake your testnet SHM

This update includes:

✅Supports variable transaction fees

✅ socket connect LRU cache to prevent node socket connection limit from being overloaded

✅ Improve automatic access list generation
