Ripple (XRP) Allegedly Partnered with a New Bank!

Ripple continues to establish new partnerships after a significant victory in the SEC-XRP case.

At this point, Ripple is alleged to have recently signed a cooperation agreement with the Egyptian Commercial International Bank (CIB).

Shehata & Partners Law Firm announced this partnership in its recent Egypt Fintech 2024 report, stating that CIB is preparing to revolutionize cross-border payments.

The report emphasized that this agreement came immediately after Ripple's commitment to increase its presence in the US and that this step is part of Ripple's global expansion strategy.

It was also stated that CIB is the first major Egyptian bank, other than the National Bank of Egypt (NBE), to publicly disclose this information by establishing a partnership with Ripple.

Finally, the report stated that CIB's partnership with Ripple has led to an increase in XRP adoption.
