To takes the Buy/Sale Side Liquidity
To balance the imbalance.
Based on the above 2 points we can find out the bias of all financial markets.
As we can see in the above diagram, D-BSL(ERL) is above the current position, and D-FVG (IRL) is below. Now we can assume that the market will hunt the ERL above first. That means daily Bias: bullish. As long as this is D-BSL, don't touch anyone.
Now the question is what happens after hunting the above ERL?
Based on the ERL>IRL theory, যদি price ERL point কে hunt করার পরে তার নিচে daily closer হয়, এর পর H1/H4 -এ মার্কেট reversal/ momentum shift হয়, তখন আমরা বলতে পারবো যে এখন মার্কেট নিচের দিকের untouched IRL (D-FVG) কে retest করতে যাবে। আর যদি কোন reversal/momentum শিফট না হয়, তাহলে আমরা মার্কেট Direction এর অন্য ২ টি রুলস এখানে অ্যাপ্লাই করবো।
১/ Continuation of the Bullish trend.
২/ Consolidation of price.
