+0.25% A member of the XRP community known as Pumpius revealed potential price levels that the currency could reach if it becomes a key part of the global financial system.

🔹 Previously, Pumpius explained that using Ripple's reserve balances of 35.6 billion XRP to pay off the U.S. national debt of 35 trillion dollars would require the price to reach 983 dollars. As for central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) and the global foreign exchange (FX) market, he confirmed that the price of XRP could jump to over 10,000 dollars 🚀, an increase of nearly 328,000% from its current price of about 3.04 dollars.

🪙 XRP was designed from the beginning to be a neutral bridge for borderless payments in a timeframe of no more than 3-5 seconds and at a negligible cost, making it suitable to handle global transaction volumes. Currently, several central banks such as Bhutan and Palau are testing Ripple technology in CBDC projects, with similar plans in Colombia, Montenegro, and Georgia. With daily movement in the forex market reaching 7.5 trillion dollars, widespread adoption of XRP could open the door to freeing up more than 27 trillion dollars of liquidity trapped in the traditional system. In Pumpius's view, these factors make XRP reaching 10,000 dollars a reasonable possibility if widespread adoption in global payments is achieved. Note: This content is not financial advice.
