The hosting service provider Old Const has filed a lawsuit against Bitmain, accusing it of "fabricating" reasons for breaching the contract, and subsequently terminating without cause the "HASH Supercomputing Server" procurement and hosting agreement signed by both parties in November 2024. Old Const claims that Bitmain even threatened to apply for equipment seizure orders outside of Texas, violating the Texas arbitration clause stipulated in the agreement. (Protos)
