The market these days has been stirred into a mess by $WLFI.
All major exchanges are rushing to go online like a marketplace, after all, it's a project of the understood king, who would dare to disrespect? But behind this excitement, there are many hidden tricks.
In the morning, how severe was the capital diversion? Opening the market software, besides the WLFI-related sectors, almost all other coins looked like they had their blood drawn, drooping and listless. Those altcoins in my account that were performing well earlier dropped nearly 5 points in just one morning. This is not normal fluctuation; it's clear that all the funds ran to chase WLFI.
But when it comes to the WLFI launching tonight, I truly do not have high hopes for holding. Those who got low-priced chips early and haven't sold after the launch, are they waiting for the New Year? The more fiercely it's speculated, the harder it will be hit later; this is almost an iron law in the cryptocurrency circle. Just like a star project last year, the community hyped it up before the launch, and indeed it surged on the launch day, but just a few days later, those early chips were dumped, and the price halved directly, leaving many retail investors who chased the high trapped without even having time to cry. The current situation of WLFI has too much risk; I advise you not to rush in with hot-headedness.
To be honest, this bull market is really hard to navigate.
Altcoins have been washed wave after wave, and the retail investors have been cut down one batch after another. In the past, you could find an altcoin casually and possibly still get a taste, but now? It's getting increasingly difficult to choose coins, and the beneficial effects are getting worse. Recently, it retraced to a low point, and the trading volume remained stable, indicating that funds are quietly laying out positions. Entering at this time, the cost won't be much different from the main players.
$SOL has experienced several network fluctuations before, but its technology is solid, trading speed is fast, costs are low, and its ecosystem is continuously developing. The current price is at a relatively low point, and with the market warming up, its explosive potential should not be underestimated.
#LINK, as a representative of oracle services, plays a crucial role in the DeFi field; almost many projects cannot do without it. This round of retracement has also reached a relatively safe range and is worth paying close attention to.
#AAVE is a well-known name in the lending field. After so many rounds of bull and bear tests, its mechanism is becoming more and more perfect, and the number of users is increasing. The current price is definitely undervalued compared to its value.
