The U.S. Court of Appeals has ruled that the global U.S. tariffs imposed by $TRUMP are illegal.
This came just about 30 minutes after the closure of the futures markets.
Strangely enough, this decision was made before Labor Day, during which the markets take a 3-day holiday.
