Currently, MOCO is at a critical stage of sprinting towards 100,000 holders. Further breakthroughs in on-chain consensus and market heat require a broader global vision and traffic support. Based on this, we propose the plan to "crowdfund and invite Twitter influencers to promote MOCO" with the following specific suggestions:
1. Core Objectives
By aggregating community power and crowdfunding to invite top Twitter influencers in the cryptocurrency and meme coin sectors (such as those with over a million followers who have successfully boosted projects like Doge, Shib, Pepe in the past) to publish customized tweets, precisely reach global potential users, strengthen the recognition of "Binance Chain Golden Dog" and "the next phenomenal meme coin", accelerate the achievement of 100,000 holder addresses, and increase on-chain transaction volume and market attention.
2. Crowdfunding and Execution Plan

- Based on voluntary community participation as a principle, set a minimum crowdfunding amount per individual (e.g., priced in MOCO tokens or mainstream stablecoins), clearly define the total crowdfunding amount and the purpose of the funds (only for paying influencers' promotion fees, publicly transparent and traceable).
