Easypaisa Blocked? Here’s the Solution for P2P Users!

Has your Easypaisa account been blocked due to a P2P transaction?

No need to worry — it can be reopened if you follow the proper process.

Step 1: Call the Helpline

First, call the Easypaisa helpline and ask for complete details:

Which transaction caused the block

Date of the transaction

Sender’s name

Transaction ID

Then, check on Binance whether the payment actually came from the P2P trader.

Step 2: Get CNIC from the Trader

Ask the trader who sent you the payment to provide the CNIC (ID card) of the account holder.

If the trader refuses, report it to Binance. Within a few days, Binance will review and obtain these details from the trader.

Step 3: Create a Receipt on Canva

Open the Canva app and design a receipt (such as for selling a mobile or electronic device).

Important: The receipt date must be the same as the transaction date.

Step 4: Write a Justification Letter

Write a short declaration/justification letter stating that you sold an electronic device.

These details must match the information shown on the receipt.

Required Documents:

Your CNIC (front and back)

A photo of the handwritten justification letter

The receipt created on Canva

A screenshot of the payment

The sender’s CNIC (front and back)

Final Step:

Combine all documents into a single PDF file.

Compress the images to around 100 KB each (you can do this using Chrome).

In the email, include your name, CNIC, and account details, then send it to Easypaisa.

First, you will receive an auto-reply. Then, you will get a complaint ID which will mention the date by which your account will be reopened.

Once this process is complete, your problem will be solved.
