#BitDigital转型 is transitioning to a pure Ethereum staking and financial asset management company. The company will gradually shut down its Bitcoin mining operations and plans to "gradually" convert its holding of 417.6 BTC (approximately 34.5 million USD) into ETH, while raising funds through a public stock offering to increase its ETH holdings. Bit Digital currently holds 24,434.2 ETH (approximately 44.6 million USD) and operates one of the largest institutional-grade Ethereum staking infrastructures in the world. The company will also spin off its high-performance computing subsidiary WhiteFiber.
