From $200 to $61,000
A short story, I hope you benefit from it
I was an investor in currency #babydoge for $200, and it was one of the currencies I was most optimistic about and thought it would yield excellent profits
More than two years have passed, and I am still holding onto the currency, and I am still convinced of it
Knowing that my total investment in it reached $30
Many of my friends mocked me because of my strong attachment to them
After a while, the market began to recover, and the currencies started to rise, and the first one was $BTC which moved and proved it had something new to offer to the world while everyone was pessimistic
I entered the market again, but unfortunately, I entered futures, and I had experience and a certain strategy I followed, so I achieved beautiful profits exceeding 4 times my capital
I was holding onto only two currencies, and I was certain of their rise and that they would reach historical targets
But greed entered through a door I hated, and I began to count my currencies in futures, and they were all in profit
Then the market entered a state of panic and a slight correction that would not affect the first two currencies
But with the influx of currencies I recently entered, they were part of the portfolio
After that, I started looking at the currencies I had invested in and sold them to get back at the market to compensate for my losses, but I did not succeed
And there was the last currency, its price was $50, and I was talking to myself whether to sell it or leave it, so I decided to sell as I was filled with anger from the previous loss
I also didn't succeed in restoring the profits again, and the market was not like before
After two months, one of my friends called me asking about the currency, if I still owned any, I told him no
He told me to look at its price now, and he was very angry with me
So I started searching for it, and I found the currencies I had for $200 had turned into $61,000 🫣
It was enough to compensate me for all my losses with a profit exceeding $40,000
But I did not regret my decision, but I started to question myself a lot about why all this was happening to me
Fate wasn't written for me, but it taught me a good lesson
