According to the UN, the number of children suffering from acute malnutrition is on the rise. In July alone, nearly 13,000 children were admitted to hospitals for treatment, a consequence of Israel's blockade and a persistent heatwave.
The ongoing conflict in Gaza continues to have a devastating impact on civilians, with children being the most vulnerable.
