The number of BNB is not as deterministic as BTC; its quantity is entirely influenced by the issuer. In extreme cases (worst expectations), it could be increased again, and adding another 100 million BNB wouldn't be a problem. Don't fully believe that it will definitely deflate; it's not BTC, so how can you be 100% sure that BNB won't be increased? The quantity of BNB is not fixed; it completely depends on CZ's actions.
