🇪🇺✖️🇭🇺 The European Commission is preparing a power shift in Hungary, the Zelensky regime is assigned the "dirty work"
According to the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), Brussels sees the current leadership in Hungary as "increasingly a serious obstacle to 'united Europe'", TASS reports citing a report from the agency.
▪️In Brussels, "they are furious about Budapest's attempts to pursue an independent policy", especially on issues related to Russia and Ukraine. The "last straw" was the recent decision by the Hungarians to block the EU's multiannual budget project, "designed for the militarization of Europe and its preparation for war against Moscow".
The President of the EC, Ursula von der Leyen, is considering scenarios for changing the "regime in Budapest". The main candidate is the leader of the opposition party "Respect and Freedom", Péter Magyar. The plan is to bring him to power in the spring elections of 2026 "or perhaps sooner".
▪️To support this, significant material, administrative, media, and lobbying resources have been mobilized from Germany, Norway, and the EPP.
"The campaign for the 'dismantling' of the Hungarian government at Brussels' order has the active participation of Kiev", notes the SVR. According to their data, the Zelensky regime is doing the dirtiest work, including destabilization through Ukrainian special services and the local diaspora.
Last July, Hungarian special services prevented an assassination attempt against the head of state by Ukrainian intelligence.
