📢Today, as promised earlier, we will discuss Stopping Action (abbreviated as "SA" on the slide) — a signal from the Smart Money strategy💡, which appears at the end of a decline, near strong support levels 🛡️.
Its appearance means that large buyers have entered the game, and the price is ready to reverse 🔄 or at least stop the decline ⛔.
📊 On the slide, I will show a real example of SA and how it looks on the chart.
Here will be a brief checklist for recognition, so as not to overload the slide👇
Properties:
📌 Break of support with a return within one candle.
📌 High or very high volume compared to the background.
📌 Long lower shadow/tail (the body of the candle can be either short or long)
Confirmations:
📌 No Supply signal after SA 📉.
📌 RSI in the oversold zone (below 30) - (Secondary signal, not mandatory)
📌 Gradual decrease in volumes on the following candles📉.
❗️Important: Do not trade Stopping Action in isolation — use it only as part of an overall strategy!
