With >50% hash rate, Qubic can:

1. Rewrite the blockchain (chain reorganization).

2. Perform double spend (double spending).

3. Censor transactions (not include them in blocks).

‼️ The cost of maintaining control over the blockchain is approximately $75,000,000 per day.

Qubic has been increasing its share of the Monero hash rate for several months, offering miners higher than standard income.

The Monero community has repeatedly warned about the threat of centralization and suggested switching to decentralized pools (for example, P2Pool).

Previously, Qubic had reached 50%+, but such a prolonged hold of majority control has not occurred before.
