I once relied on the "Step-by-Step Rolling Method" to roll 3000U into 600,000 U in less than a year.
Three years ago, I went all-in three times and lost from 50,000 U down to only 2800U. It was then that I understood the importance of "stability".
1. The Core of Step-by-Step Rolling
Set the stop-loss line based on volatility, and place orders in advance: calculate the stop-loss as "recent volatility of the coin × 0.7", place orders in advance, and do not hold positions. Be brave with the initial position, and you will last longer: only invest 15% of the capital in each order, and do not be greedy. Withdraw the principal first when profitable, play with the market's money: withdraw part of the principal every time you earn 5%, securing profits.
2. Hedging Rolling Case
Last year, during the L2 concept explosion, the operation was carried out in three steps:
Initial Position Setup: Open a 3x long position with 1000U and a short position with 200U for hedging. Profit Locking as the Market Starts: When the price rises 15%, close half of the long position and withdraw the principal and short position. Adjust and Sell on Rebound: When the price drops 5%, add 200U profit, then when it rises 8%, sell 100U, repeating this 6 times to net a 29% profit.
3. Rolling Stages
First 1-2 months: 3000→12,000, only trade BTC and ETH, making 2 trades a week, and run after earning 5%-8%. Third to sixth months: 12,000→180,000, add L2 and DeFi leading coins, capture ARB and OP doubling trends. Seventh to twelfth months: 180,000→600,000, increase leverage to 5x, keep single positions under 20%, and borrow SOL and DOT for main trend rolling.
Those who face liquidation all have their madness, while those who profit all have discipline. If you manage stop-losses in advance, keep initial positions within 15%, and withdraw principal first when profitable, turning 3000U around is just a matter of time.
