India 🇮🇳 has surpassed China to become the largest exporter of smartphones to the United States in the second quarter of 2025.
This marks a major shift in global supply chains, with India accounting for 44% of U.S. smartphone imports in the April-June quarter, a significant increase from just 13% a year prior.
Apple has played a key role in this shift, leading the production of smartphones in India for export.
The surge in shipments from India represents a remarkable 240% year-on-year growth.
