I always firmly believe in one thing -
"I can miss opportunities, but I cannot make mistakes; I can lose, but I cannot lose in a muddled way."
Many people, after a loss, first react by cursing the market, blaming the strategy, and doubting life.
Not me, I make sure to feel at peace with every loss I take:
"Even if someone else were here, this trade would still have lost. Then - I will lose openly and honestly."
Only in this way can you treat trading as a profession rather than an emotional gamble.

Even in loss, it must be a correct loss.
A correct loss should meet the following three conditions:
You enter the market logically (not impulsively)
You have a planned stop loss (not holding the position)
You do not regret (because you followed the system)
As long as you achieve these three points, even if you lose money, that's still a professional-level operation.
True traders do not lose their composure because of losses. If you cry and doubt life at the first stop loss, it only means one thing - you do not know how to trade yet.

True experts consider losses as 'trading costs'
What kind of loss qualifies as a 'good loss'?
It means - this loss occurred reasonably, timely, I learned more from it, and the system was validated.
The market can never be 'right every time'.
In the end, trading is not about right or wrong, but whether each loss was 'justified' and whether each profit was 'earned'.
To put it simply:
As long as my logic is in place, I am not afraid of losses. Understanding losses is the real win.

So please remember: if you are swept, it's the market's problem; if you panic, it's your own problem.
When you face a loss and keep questioning yourself 'Did I do something wrong?', 'Is there a problem with the system?', it indicates that you do not truly trust your system.
It shows that what you are doing is not trading, but gambling.
The state of a professional trader should be like this:
Even in loss, remain calm.
Even in profit, remain calm.
Never fall apart, maintain a stable mindset.
Lost money - tell yourself, this is the correct loss!
✍️:
Trading is not a game of 'winning every time', but a process of 'understanding each step'.
All losses are to guide you towards greater profits.
Only when you learn to lose, do you deserve to win.
