- *Building a personal brand*: Supporting creators to become independent entrepreneurs with a distinctive brand, ready to reach the global market.
However, there are still legal challenges related to intellectual property when applying artificial intelligence (AI) technology in creation. Many countries, including Vietnam, do not yet have specific regulations regarding intellectual property rights for products created by AI ¹.
In Vietnam, civil law stipulates that the subject must be an individual or organization; it does not recognize machines or computer programs as subjects. Therefore, determining the legal status of AI in intellectual property remains a challenge ¹.
Some countries like the UK, India, and Ireland have granted copyright to programmers - the creators of AI programs. Meanwhile, countries like Australia and the USA have not recognized AI as the author of works created by AI.
