What Is Treehouse (TREE)?

Treehouse Protocol is a DeFi infrastructure platform designed to bring fixed‑income products to the crypto world. It does this via two key innovations:

tAssets (e.g. tETH), which are liquid staking tokens that engage in interest-rate arbitrage to generate higher yields.

Decentralized Offered Rates (DOR), an on-chain consensus mechanism that sets benchmark interest rates—similar to traditional finance concepts like LIBOR or SOFR .

The $TREE token is the native utility and governance asset. It’s used for accessing DOR data, staking in Pre‑Deposit Vaults (which have offered 50–75% APR), paying fees, and participating in protocol governance .
