This is the amount of 🤩XRP you need to become a millionaire, says a cryptocurrency expert
What if you had everything you needed to achieve financial freedom right now? According to financial expert Jake Claver, this is exactly what happens to those who own XRP. "You already have an advantage," he states. But there's something you need to understand: it's a matter of patience.
Claver: "12,000 XRP could be enough to never have to work again"
Jake Claver, founder of Digital Ascension Group, spoke openly about his personal journey to financial freedom on the Digital Outlook podcast. What is his goal? To generate enough passive income to live a worry-free life.
"For me, that means $1.2 million a year," he says. "Assuming an annual return of 10%, I need $12 million. I could achieve that amount with 12,000 XRP, assuming the price rises to $1,000."
The price of XRP is currently around $3.15. A jump to $1,000 seems far off, but Claver is convinced it's possible. "We've already seen it with Bitcoin (BTC)," he states. "People laughed when it was still at $2."
Claver anticipates a price of $1,000 for XRP around 2026. If the coin is used globally in derivatives and other financial markets, he even considers a price of $100,000 per token possible. CryptoGuard's COO, Matthew Brienen, is more cautious and estimates that target price for 2035.
How much XRP do you need for a free life?
Not everyone needs millions. Claver points out that in U.S. states like Texas or Oklahoma, an annual salary of $300,000 is already sufficient for a comfortable life. "You can achieve it with just 6,000 XRP once the price hits $1,000."
Even small amounts can make a big difference, he states. With 3,300 XRP, which currently are worth about $9,900, you are already among the top 10% richest XRP holders worldwide. According to the XRP Rich List figures, anyone with 2,435 tokens also belongs to this group.
However, Claver warns against hasty expectations. "It's about perseverance. This is not a sprint, it's a marathon," he says. "Those who have patience tend to reap the greatest rewards."
