WCT Foundation's Developer Open Source Project Incubation Base
The WalletConnect Foundation has established developer open source project incubation bases in 5 technology parks around the world, providing selected WCT ecosystem-related open source projects with free office space, technical guidance, and initial funding (500,000 to 2,000,000 WCT). The base is equipped with a team of professional mentors covering areas such as protocol development and market operations, helping projects solve development challenges. By 2025, among the first batch of 10 projects that settled in, 7 completed seed round financing. A project focused on WCT cross-chain data analysis was incubated through the base, with user numbers exceeding 50,000, becoming an important tool application within the ecosystem. The incubation base has lowered the entry barriers for open source projects, accelerated the implementation of innovative ideas, and nurtured more potential niche projects for the WCT ecosystem.
