Deloitte published a report in which 99% of CFOs from large companies stated their intention to invest in cryptocurrencies over the next 12–18 months. A study conducted among 500 top managers showed that $BTC and $ETH are priority assets. The main reasons are portfolio diversification and protection against inflation.
The report highlights that 78% of respondents plan to invest up to 10% of their capital in crypto assets, while 15% are willing to allocate over 20%. This reflects a shift in attitude towards cryptocurrencies as a legitimate instrument. Regulatory changes in the US and Europe, particularly SEC plans, are also driving interest. Experts forecast an influx of $500 billion in institutional funds into the sector over the year.
However, the risk of volatility and regulatory constraints remains a challenge. Companies plan to collaborate with blockchain platforms for risk management. This trend could raise the overall cryptocurrency market capitalization to $3 trillion.
