First, I bought 20 at the bottom feeling great, then realized I couldn't sell them. When I canceled the order to lower the price, I accidentally placed a buy order instead of a sell order, and ended up buying 1200 more. When I contacted customer service, I sold 150, taking a full six hours. Later, after frequently bothering customer service, I finally sold everything around 1 PM. The hanging price was 0.00001, the lowest price allowed by the system, and the transaction price was around 0.052. They didn't reset my amount to zero and even gave me 40 as compensation.
