All-in = liquidation, true risk management = against human nature
Let me say something harsh: everyone who holds an 'all-in mindset' is doomed to fail before dawn!
Real high-profit risk management is never about getting rich quickly; it’s about pushing risk to the extreme and maximizing profit.
Sharing a set of practical strategies that I have tested countless times: Cold-blooded risk management three principles
❶ First position red line, do not touch!
90% of people make a mistake at the first step! With a capital of 1000U, the first position must not exceed 50U (5%), but most people start with 100U, resulting in a direct 'liquidation' after a wave of fluctuations.
Correct approach: Stop-loss setting: 0.8% price range
Supplementary position strategy: Pre-set three levels of supplementary orders, price intervals ≠ arbitrary decision, should be calculated based on volatility!
❷ Tear-up position addition method, act against intuition!
When there is a market, you can’t just force it, you need to create space: when the 4-hour volatility exceeds 200% of the historical average (for example, SOL ecosystem coins often do this)
Initiate 'three-stage exponential addition': First order: 50U (5%)
Floating profit of 50% plus 150U, total position increased to 20%
Breakthrough previous high and add 450U, total position capped at 65%
The third addition must be combined with on-chain data: such as chip concentration, don’t act if you don’t understand!
❸ Fatal profit-taking discipline, if you don’t exit, you die
95% of those who roll over die from 'not wanting to leave'
My life-and-death line consists of three rules:
✅ Take profits at 300% return
Withdraw initial capital + 50% profit first! Continue rolling the remaining part!
✅ Move stop-loss mechanism
For every 10% increase, raise the stop-loss line by 7%, to prevent drawdown!
✅ Set automatic profit-taking to guard against night crashes
Market manipulators love to crash the market at night (1-3 AM), I’d rather earn less than stay up late with you for luck!
It’s not that you can’t do it, it’s that your method is completely wrong! A chaotic trade is worse than meticulously managing a position.
High profits are not achieved through all-in; they are achieved by controlling the rhythm to the extreme!
If you really want to steadily increase your capital, this logic is worth reviewing 10 times.
