To be honest, many people in the crypto space should not be touching contracts at all.

They play contracts, to put it bluntly, it’s just giving away money. If you hit the following points, I advise you to calm down as soon as possible:

🔹 First: Poor understanding, inflated mindset

As soon as you enter the market, you think about getting rich quickly, immediately saying "10x leverage, go all in" or thinking every day about making a quick buck. What’s the result?

It's either zero overnight, or your account gradually disappears. To put it bluntly, contracts are not the ATM you imagine; they are designed to cut the dreams of those who fantasize about getting rich.

🔹 Second: Poor skills, can't even understand the fundamentals

Some people look down on technical indicators, thinking that drawing lines and looking at moving averages is nonsense. As a result, they randomly pick a direction and rely on their gut feelings, isn't that just gambling with a coin flip?

If you don’t have the skills, then your odds of winning when going long or short are just 50-50, and over time, you'll lose 100%.

🔹 Third: Poor mindset, mental exhaustion as soon as you place an order

Placing an order feels like a punishment; your eyes glued to the screen, afraid to blink. If it goes up a bit, you worry about giving it back; if it goes down a bit, you want to cut losses, but you end up holding on...

Holding on and then getting liquidated.

In the end, it’s just too greedy, lacking patience, and not daring to admit mistakes.

🔹 Fourth: Poor execution, all plans just for show

The technology clearly tells you not to enter, yet you still go in;

Before reaching your profit target, you run away; once the stop-loss hits, you stubbornly hold on...

Contracts fear the most when you 'think one way, act another.' If you don’t follow the plan,

losing money is only a matter of time.

🔹 Fifth: Wrong strategy, always wanting to get rich overnight

Those who really know how to play do not frequently engage in short-term trading or chasing highs and lows,

but instead focus on the trend, layout medium-term positions, allocate properly, and set profit and stop-loss targets.

Then close the app, out of sight, out of mind.

Remember this: "Not watching the market makes you earn more than staring at it!"

In summary:

Contracts are not for everyone, and definitely not something to play with casually.

If you can't play contracts well, you earn little and lose a lot, and it’s heartbreaking.

If you really want to make money from contracts, first get your understanding, skills, mindset, execution, and strategy all in place.

Otherwise, you are just giving money to the market!
