So XRP people.. does it look like the volume is boaring, it is just hovering??

Sometimes I feel like there are people who have access to see the majority of holders stop loss limits, current open positions and use this info to manipulate our fealings… I opened long at 3.2, then DCA to 3.08, and every time I DCA and the candle goes up it just lands perfectly under my avg buy price then goes down 🤦🏻‍♂️
