Last week, the U.S. passed 3 important laws regarding cryptocurrencies:
✔️GENIUS Act – the first federal law on digital assets, already signed!
✔️CLARITY Act – creates a clear regulatory framework for the digital asset market.
✔️Anti-CBDC Act – a ban on the digital currency of the U.S. Central Bank (passed in the House, but still in question in the Senate).
Why is this important?
🔥Bipartisan support for the laws – a rarity!
🔥The crypto industry is now in favor of regulations, seeking clear rules.
🔥This is a sharp turn for the market after the crises of recent years.
What's next? The Treasury will begin regulations under the GENIUS Act, the Senate will consider the CLARITY Act with amendments. The fate of the digital dollar ban remains unclear.
