📉Another Victory in CETUS! Dominating the Bearish Trend, applying what I learned before 📉
I bring you another successful trade that I just closed in CETUS! On a 15-minute timeframe, I was able to take advantage of a clear bearish trend and secure some good profits.
How did I do it? Simple: observation and the good use of Moving Averages (MA). I identified that CETUS was in a very defined bearish trend. The candles were consistently touching the 7-period MA, confirming the selling pressure. The crucial point was that every time the price tried to rise, the 25-period MA acted as a solid resistance, causing the price to pull back.
With this confirmation, I decided to enter short at 0.1042306 USDT. And, as I expected, the price continued its decline, allowing me to close the trade at 0.1032000 USDT.
The result: a quick profit of 2.05 USDT! Small victories like this are what add up and teach us to refine our strategy.
What can we learn from this trade?
Confirmation of Trends: Moving Averages are your allies to validate if a trend is strong and sustainable.
Identification of Dynamic Resistances: The 25-period MA in this case acted as a dynamic resistance, a key point to confirm that the bearish trend was maintained.
Speed and Precision: In short timeframes, it is important to know that the speed to identify these signals is crucial for entering and exiting successfully.
I hope this analysis is useful to you. Let's keep learning and sharing our experiences in trading!
