GameSquare Public Company purchased NFT number 5577 from the CryptoPunk collection for 5.15 million dollars — this will constitute the treasury reserve.
The previous token holder, co-founder of the Compound protocol Robert Leshner, received approximately 3.4 million preferred shares in the company as part of the deal and also took on the role of digital asset advisor.
