Learn this simplest method of trading cryptocurrencies, and you will gradually become rich. Firmly grasp the following 10 rules:
1. As long as a strong currency drops for 9 consecutive days from a high position, make sure to follow up in a timely manner.
2. Whenever any currency rises for 2 consecutive days, make sure to reduce your holdings in a timely manner.
3. Whenever any currency rises more than 7%, the chance of a previous high on the next day can be further observed.
4. Only enter the market after the previous bull market has ended.
5. If any currency has been fluctuating mildly for 3 consecutive days, observe for another 3 days; if there is no change, consider switching holdings.
6. If any currency fails to earn back the cost price from the previous day, you should exit in a timely manner.
7. If there are three currencies on the rise list, there must be five; if there are five, there must be seven. For currencies that have risen for two consecutive days, enter the market on dips; the fifth day is usually a good selling point.
8. Volume and price indicators are crucial; trading volume is considered the soul of the cryptocurrency market. When the currency price breaks out at a low point during consolidation, it needs attention; if there is a high volume stagnation at a high point, exit decisively.
9. Only choose currencies that are in an upward trend for trading; this maximizes profit and avoids waste. A 3-day moving average turning upward indicates a short-term rise; a 30-day moving average turning upward indicates a medium-term rise; an 80-day moving average turning upward indicates a major upward trend; a 120-day moving average turning upward indicates a long-term rise.
10. In the cryptocurrency market, small funds do not mean no opportunities. As long as you grasp the correct methods, maintain a rational mindset, and strictly implement strategies, you can wait for opportunities to come. Finally, I advise everyone not to trade cryptocurrencies full-time, and definitely do not trade cryptocurrencies with borrowed funds, or else it will be unbearably painful!
