Must-read for beginners! Relying on 'Light Position + Trend Following' Contract Trading Strategy
This contract trading strategy, I will only say once:
I call it——
Six-Word Mantra: Light Position, Control Loss, Trend Following, Averaging Down, Exiting, Compounding
1 Light Position Opening:
The biggest problem for beginners is betting heavily on correctness right from the start.
My approach is: do not exceed 1/10 of total capital at the beginning, even if I am very confident, I only establish a tentative position.
Contracts are not about gambling with your life, but about extending the time frame to control risk.
2 Loss Control Mechanism:
For every trade, I set a stop-loss level before opening the position, with the maximum loss not exceeding 5% of the total account balance.
Once I set a stop-loss, I stick to it and do not add to a losing position.
Those who dare to stop losses can survive in the long run.
3 Trend Following Adding:
My position management is 'discounted adding', not buying more as prices fall, but adding when prices rise!
Once the market validates the correct direction, I will enter in batches, gradually increasing my position to amplify profits.
4 No Averaging Down Against the Trend, Only Averaging Down With the Trend
Those who understand, understand; averaging down only serves the trend, averaging down against the trend will only lead to greater losses.
I have specifically studied the position-building trajectory of large funds; true experts only add positions during upward trends and never attempt to catch falling knives.
5 Planned Exit:
Not taking profits means working for nothing.
My followers withdraw 20%-30% of profits every week, locking in results, which stabilizes their mindset and improves their state.
6 Compounding Rollovers:
Withdraw half of the profits, keep the other half rolling,
after one cycle, profits pile up, and the speed of small accounts rolling over exceeds your imagination.
It’s not about shouting randomly; it’s about strategy!
Contracts are not difficult; what’s difficult is not accepting your fate.
Experiencing daily liquidation is worse than changing your mindset——
May your next withdrawal day no longer be a distant dream.
