RWA (Real World Assets): In the US, RWA tokenization has become a hot topic for digital assets. In July 2025, the US House of Representatives passed the GENIUS Act and the CLARITY Act, providing a framework for the regulation of stablecoins and RWA, excluding non-digitized assets from securities law, leading to compliance controversies. The RWA market is rapidly growing, involving gold-backed tokenization and others, with a weekly increase of $14 billion, but regulatory and bubble risks coexist.
