#CryptoClarityAct

#CryptoClarityAct is an American bill aimed at regulating the digital asset (cryptocurrency) market in the United States, and was approved by the U.S. House of Representatives in July 2025. The official name of the law is "Digital Asset Market Clarity (CLARITY) Act".

The law primarily aims to remove the regulatory ambiguity that has surrounded the crypto market for years, and to clearly define the powers of regulatory bodies, thus providing a more stable environment for companies and investors.
