#CryptoClarityAct 📜 Today’s Update:

The U.S. Senate Banking Committee has released a 35-page discussion draft expanding on the House-passed Clarity Act. This latest version would define “ancillary assets,” assign primary oversight to the SEC, and mandate joint SEC–CFTC rulemaking on portfolio margining and disclosure standards  . The draft is open for industry feedback until early August.
