#StablecoinLaw The Law on Stablecoins in the USA: A New Stage for the Crypto Industry!

On July 18, 2025, the U.S. House of Representatives approved the GENIUS Act, regulating stablecoins — cryptocurrencies tied to assets such as the U.S. dollar. The law, supported by both parties (308 votes "for" against 122), aims to create a federal regulatory framework for stablecoin issuers. It requires full backing of tokens with liquid assets (1:1), monthly transparent reporting on reserves, and compliance with anti-money laundering laws. The law excludes stablecoins from the category of securities, paving the way for their integration into the traditional financial system. On July 19, 2025, President Trump signed the law, marking the first major step for the U.S. in regulating cryptocurrencies, stimulating innovation and strengthening the asset's position in the digital economy.
