What is shorting?
👉 "Shorting" = betting on a price drop.
This is impossible in spot trading. But in futures — it is possible.
🔹 Example:
BTC costs $60,000, you open a “short”.
The price drops to $58,000 — you made $2000 on this (hypothetically).
If BTC rises — you are at a loss.
Short = you earn when others panic 😎
But you also lose if the market goes the other way.
