To go long as a safe haven, it is highly recommended to operate in Spot, looking for good coins, based on the most exhaustive analysis possible (nowadays there is good information available for free), while if one seeks to generate a significant profit, they can try to do it through Futures, but that is a completely different risk and must be considered.
