When the time is up, no need to refresh. There is a claim button on the far right; just go in and claim it directly. I always thought it was in the middle, and I was stunned for a while that I could still grab it.

It's so easy to grab, my speed is just too fast haha. For things that can be manually claimed, don't think you can't get them just because you feel like you can't.
