✅ Effective Short-Term BUY Strategy

1. Smart Capital Allocation

Do not all-in on one coin, divide capital into several smaller parts (3–5 parts).

Suggested allocation:

For example, choose a coin to trade today

Priority coins (SOL, XRP, ETH): 70–80% of total capital

Secondary or potential opportunity coins: 20–30%

2. Use the "Buy on Waves" method – Momentum Entry

Buy after confirming a breakout, do not FOMO beforehand.

Example: SOL breaks 170 → start entering around 171–173 (still within the running range).

Prioritize charts with: Increased Volume, MACD crossover, RSI not too high (<75).

3. Split Orders (Buy in batches)

Do not enter 100% at one price → instead:

30% at the breakout price

30% if retesting near support

40% remaining if the price maintains a clear upward trend

Benefits: avoid peak buying and optimize average price.

4. Set clear stop-loss – do not “hold onto hope”

Cut losses quickly if the trend is wrong.

Suggestions:

SOL: stop-loss ~162

XRP: stop-loss ~2.80

ETH: stop-loss ~3,200

Risk/Reward ratio: at least 1:2

5. Set clear targets (Take profit by region)

Do not wait for “the price to moon”, should divide profit-taking:

30% when reaching the near target

30% next when surpassing the old peak

40% remaining trailing stop (move stop up as the price increases)

6. Monitor news & macro market

Data from Fed, ETF, CPI, tweets from KOLs, whales…

Strong news → increase leverage

Bad news → exit quickly, keep cash

🔒 Golden Rule

Do not buy when RSI > 80, easy to reverse.

Do not enter trades when BTC is dumping heavily, dragging the whole market.

Always have an exit plan before entering a trade.
