I have been trying different strategies between spot and futures for a while, and I honestly think it depends a lot on each person's profile. In spot, I feel calmer, without much stress, but with futures, I have had interesting opportunities if I use good risk management. What I have learned is that there are no shortcuts: education, patience, and emotional control are key.
