#BreakoutTradingStrategy
The Breakout strategy relies on monitoring resistance and support areas, and as soon as a clear breakout occurs, the trade is entered. Many times I see a currency moving within a narrow range, and as soon as it breaks the resistance, I consider it a signal to enter. It's important to ensure the trading volume is high because if it isn't, the breakout may be false. I also use a stop loss below the support area in case of a reversal. It's one of the strongest strategies if used correctly, especially during news events or strong market moves. Patience is important because not every breakout is real; you must confirm the analysis and wait for the right signal.
